Philip’s passion for art began early while growing up in the suburbs of New York City, first as a music student and later as a visual artist. He studied photography and filmmaking at the State University of New York College at Buffalo, receiving a Bachelor of Fine Arts. Then he earned a Master of Fine Arts in Generative Systems (art and technology) studying with Sonia Landy Sheridan from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
